Great atmosphere, great staff, very happy to be seen as soon as possible for my bad eyes first time in an eye exam and very satisfied with great professional care! Answered all my questions and concerns! Highly recommend to family and friends!

My daughter (5) had an accident at school which resulted in her needing to be seen for an exam. I called and left a voicemail after business hours- they called me back right away the next morning and got her in that same day. We were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Miller, Bailie, Trisha, and Trinity were so kind and patient with my daughter. They worked very hard to make her feel comfortable in a new environment. The entire staff were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We will continue to have our care performed here and recommend Eyewear Concepts to others for their vision/eyewear needs. :)

The people are nice. However, I get my glasses through the VA and I was told that they didn't submit my VA glasses request for over 2 and half weeks. I do like how the optometrist does go the extra mile when you ask. I think this is more of whoever is in charge of paperwork that is the issue. I also need a PD measurements and it was not on my prescription notes so I called and asked and was told it is an extra charge and I would have to come back. I'm just shocked because to make proper glasses you need that measurement. I explained that I think my vision calculation is off and if they aren't doing PD measurements that might be the reason. I'm not an optometrist but that is what another optometrist told me. Also prescription are supposed to be good for 2 years and here is only 1 year. They did extend mine when I asked but I think it should be set to legal expiration date not sooner to try to get more people in. Therefore, I can not give 5 stars. I'm neutral about going here not for or opposed since employees usually rotate out every few years so many of these issues change over time. Sometimes for better and sometimes for the worse but, that can be everywhere.

I've been going to Eyewear concepts for over 25 years. They greet you when you walk in the door, and some of them know you by name even though you haven't seen them in 6 months. They are always receptive when I have an emergency having to do with my eyes. They take the up most care of your eyes than any place that I have ever been to. With the testing and preventative measures, to make sure everything is A. O.K. with my eyes. It is truly a great atmosphere when you talk to the staff and they all love there job and working with the Dr.s . You couldn't change my mind to go somewhere else.

Everyone at Eyewear Concepts is so very friendly, professional and caring when working with me. I have been seeing Dr Miller for a lot of years, and won't go anywhere else. She gives me a great exam and is very thorough.

Dr. Shilman and his staff were so kind to my children and made me feel very at ease. He explained why my kids need to wear their glasses all the time without it sounding judgy. Will definitely recommend to others and continue to come here for all our exams.

Dr. Shilman has taken great care of my eyes for the last 6 or 7 years! He is super knowledgeable and gives me great advice. He also is great at small talk while keeping it professional! The staff does a very good job and the building is always clean and kept very neat!

You validated everything I have been saying. Everything no one believed. They told me I was crazy and hallucinating. It has been a living hell for the past 8 months. My daughter was crying when you were telling me about what you saw. She and all the sudden my Doctor came up with all the hell they put me through. Just having someone who knows I wasn't lying or making things up. I am finally at peace with it all. Yes I have a long road yet in making my eyes healthy again. But it is going to help me. Something my Doctor told me wasn't going to be found because none of it was real. I'm not sure I can go back to him. That's something I yet have to figure out if I can ever trust him again.
