Dr. Alex and his team are wonderfully kind and informative. They go above and beyond to help their patients with all their eye care needs. Truthfully thankful to be a patient here. I've been in several situations where I needed in fairly last minute or lost a contact lens and they've always been more than gracious.

The staff that works here are amazing. As for Dr. Steve Looysen himself. He has NO regard for hie patients. He is NEVER even close to on time. When he sets an appointment up for 8am and does not show up until after 8:30am. Your patients do have lives that extend past your eye appointments. We do set other appointments up on the same day when we live out of town. Have respect your the people you see.

Me and my dad used to come here, but the doctor is the most blind guy I've ever seen. He couldn't even tell I was near color blind and he overwall didn't help in any way. Now I go to walmart eye care because they are better and much smarter.
