I have been wearing glasses for 15 plus years and Dr. Deschamp was the first one to tell me I have an astigmatism. That played huge into my eyesight and with my new prescription I can actually see and am so happy I went to him. Highly recommend.

Dr Cameron was efficient and professional, his staff was quick and accommodating. I actually understand i have to take my contacts out and glasses off for an exam. When i scheduled my latest appointment he was out of the office the first day, and was put on the next day. As i only wanted to see Cam, due to the service the first time. No eye insurance total cost 75.00.

I'm sad to say after 17 years I had to find a new optometrist. Dr Deschamp does an excellent exam, however with my prescription expired and no contacts, calls went to voicemail, long wait getting a return call and his assistant offered zero help or empathy getting me a set to tide me over. She said they had nothing close in stock, but ebay did!! Ebay private seller provided better service!!

Brought my son in for an eye exam wearing his contacts. They had him take out his contacts for the exam and gave his rx for glasses. We noticed the contacts portion wasn't filled out. Asked the receptionist about it and she said we declined the contact portion. Wouldn't do the contact portion and our eye insurance only covers one exam per year. So now we get to come back at a later time and do the "contact" exam and pay out of pocket. We live over an hour away...not happy with this place at all. It's not like it was on different days. The exam was less than a half hour ago and they wouldn't make an exception and do the contact exam.

Not impressed, I'm unable to travel and in desperate need of contacts. My prescription is expired and I needed it renewed so I can order a new pair of contacts so I can see because of my poor vision, my vision hasn't changed since last time I was there . Receptionist was very unhelpful, no compassion at all, unwilling to help or not willing to let me speak to the doctor himself to discuss my situation.
