Very nice work place, bright interior, and the employees are all nice and helpful. Very little waiting time. Good selection of glasses. Dr. Haaland is very informative.

Been going since I was a kid but nowadays it's so difficult to get in, every time I put a request in it gets rejected 1+ weeks later and the link I receive for appointments available in the email, it doesn't even open properly or allow me to pick a new time, so I go to the site and the whole month is filled up. The appointment process is rigged to line their pockets from scheduling only the most expensive appointments they have coming in so they can reject the peoples appointments who have been with them for years even when they were on broadway. the response time and "available appointments" in the email are horrible. Unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere even though I requested a date over a month away for my appointment, my insurance is going out and won't be able to get glasses for who knows how long. Thanks for nothing. Bunch of losers

Poor communication. I booked online as a new patient with insurance. Form submitted just fine. I didn't receive a notification right away but didn't think anything of it. Several days alter I called and was told they are not accepting new patients at this time. I advised the website says nothing of the sort and it allowed me to book. The lady assured me that she just checked and it wont allow me. After disconnecting the call I was able to go online and book myself an appointment as a new patient with insurance. So obviously they are not correctly advising. And its even worse to not call someone and let them know what's going on when you clearly seen the scheduling. Thanks for wasting my time. Correct your website.

I brought my 4 year old daughter in for an appointment and all of the staff was more then amazing with her as well as myself. They were very child friendly. I also see Dr Haaland and she has been more then accommodating with me also. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Haaland is great. She is very nice and incredibly professional. She knows her stuff and it's always a stress-free time going to get my annual eye exam. She even helped initiate a minor eye surgery that I had been meaning to get done for several years. Can't recommend this place enough!
