Vision Galleria

I used to love Vision Galleria. They were helpful and pleasant. Always helped you find frames that look good and offered their opinions. I went a few months ago and was extremely disappointed. When I walked in the lady, from her seat, asked what I was there for then pointed to the women's frames still not getting up. Fine whatever. I looked and picked a few out and thought she'd check on me. Nope. I asked her opinion and asked if there were other frames she thought would fit my face. I felt like an inconvenience interrupting whatever she was doing and making her get up to help me. Ordered my glasses and when they came in and I tried them on I said they felt wide. She looked at me like I was nuts and said "wide?". Turns out they are a good 1/4 inch wider than my previous ones. I have tried numerous times to have them fitted and they are still horrible. They fall off my face if I bend over. Seems like someone should be able to tell you if a frame is too big for your face.

I'm usually skeptical about the Trinity facilities here. However, I only have had good experiences with the optometrist/vision galleria. Both of The ladies that work in the galleria are super helpful and super sweet. Also kind of funny. I would 100% recommend going to see those ladies for your eyeglass needs. I also ended up getting a pair of sunglasses my first since eighth grade due to getting contacts, and the ladies were very helpful And helping me select the pair that looked good on me. The time they had I think it was the back to School so I got my sunglasses half off. I should've got the ladies names. I did not because I'm not good with names. However, they are 100% fantastic. They also hooked me up with some swag!!!!

I dont understand the bad reviews on here. The last time I was in was Nov 2016 and the people that worked there were nothing but great. I don't know if she is still there now, but there was one lady who really had a upbeat energetic personality that I enjoyed. And all three previous visits I had that person. Ive liked my experiences.

The day I ordered glasses was the 22nd of Feb. but was told they had a sale the 6th of March for half price if I could wait. However the glasses were not ordered until the 10th and have just arrived on the 17th. The previous reviewer is correct, without the sale I would not have ordered there. The customer service was extremely poor, I was left waiting for 20 minutes when I came in the store first. The girl behind the counter doesn't bother to get up, the one working the floor goes to aquaintences first, and I'm assuming the lens guy had nothing better to do than hang out visiting the desk...while I stood there. Each time I have ordered glasses there I've experienced problems so, third strike they are off my list!

Michelle V. and the new team have been great to work alongside with. Looking forward to seeing them succeed as they grow and learn together at the store.

Sales lady (short, thin, older) did not like when i googled the sunglasses' model to verify lowest price. Their original price is outrageously high but becomes reasonable during their 50% off event. During checkout she "forgot" to give me the discount so we had to do a cc refund. Funny thing, though, is that over a year before, i had purchased presciption eye glasses and she also "forgot" to give me discount. BE WARNED

If I could give zero stars I would. The guy is absolutely RUDE. They took my prescription right away but then I waited and waited and then just walked out. I'll go somewhere else. Don't take your children or if you have an autistic child do not take them here because they are absolutely rude to children. I'll never be back.

These ladies are not friendly. They are the Tom's coin and gem of Minot contacts and glasses stores. Horrendous service. Rude. Snarky. Even the DMV workers are nicer.
