Alice & Martina were FANTASTIC. They answered questions, took time, provided their expertise and treated us like we were valued. And the offer on glasses and selections were exceptional. Where else could you get 2 pair of glasses for $10 and all the extras + the $119 at the exam (which is applied toward the glasses - so exam FREE!) Thank you for all your help!

There are more affordable, higher-quality options available elsewhere. Unfortunately, this optical provider was not transparent about pricing. The initial costs presented were significantly different from what was later charged, and the communication regarding those changes felt unprofessional and pressured. I value clear, upfront pricing and respectful customer service, and that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend double-checking your insurance coverage details and confirming the full out-of-pocket cost in writing before committing to services.

Pretty good deal. The staff were very nice and helpful. Yes, I would recommend if you just want cheap glasses.

False Advertisement is an Understatement and I was forced to leave rather upset. The Ladies were nice to me through the exam process..... that took nearly two hours of waiting even though I had an appt. I was told at the beginning that the price of the frames includes standard lenses and basic glare protection. They were supposed to BOGO. I picked out a pair that was 139$ and a second of lower price. So you would think that would mean I would pay 139$ and some tax and get at least One Pair, WRONG! I was told I would HAVE to use poly carbonate lenses AND get the premium anti glare. I have a basic single vision prescription, so that doesn't make sense. And Then that price of those glasses magically jumped up to 480$ with all the extras, and even though they could see I was visibly upset, I was not offered solutions beyond cheaper framses and that wouldnt bring thr cost down much at all. I ended up having to pay full price for the exam when I couldnt manage to afford the extra $330. She offered to show me the breakdown but didn't turn the tablet all the way, and would only leave it in my veiw for a few seconds and talked very fast. I understand that up charges on slightly better materials are typical... But an extra 300$ for glasses that are off brand and very cheaply made.... it's not ok in the slightest. On top of that. One of the ladies smelt of alcohol like she just got done drinking before coming to work or had been out all night the night before... Thanks for screwing up my whole day with that and wasting my money and time.. Make sure to read the fine print because Stanton optical is a truly a scam!

I came with my boyfriend for his eye examination so I could help pick out frames after. The appointment was at 5:30 pm, which we arrived a couple minutes early, and did not get into the appointment until 6pm. The wait was extremely long, and I feel bad that there was only one staff member working the whole store, but why schedule so many appointments then? There were others waiting as well, and other customers kept coming in for pick up. If I had known they were understaffed and were largely delayed, I would not have gone. The staff member was nice, but do not go if you value your time.

Sat for 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time before I was helped. When I asked if this is a common occurrence before rescheduling, I was told most days they are 15+ minutes behind. If you value your time, don't go here. If you have all day, it might be worth it.

False advertisement. My "bogo" glasses cost me over $600 when I can get what I need elsewhere for half that and I'm still waiting on even one pair of them to even show up. I'd suggest looking elsewhere to do business.

Worst place ever. Customer service is so rude. I have never had such a horrible experience getting glasses. Going back to my regular eye doctor.
