It was bad experience as a new patient. I didn't get to see the doctor until 2 hours after my appointment time. And the doctor only saw me like 7 minutes. I had to open the door of the room after waiting there for over 20 minutes and asked the assistant when the doctor could see me. She coldly responded that each visit takes 2 to 2 1/2 hours which showed that she was asked the same question many times. I waited another 10 minutes and opened the door again asking how much longer to wait. The doctor was impatient when he finally saw me. He didn't explain my situation or his diagnosis but only impatiently answered my questions. If he spends less than 10 minutes with each patient why we have to wait for 2 hours! He's an eye specialist and patients go to him with specific and many times serious eye problems. His conduct was unprofessional. I wouldn't trust my eyes with this doctor.

Very highly recommended for all your medical neurologists needs. I'm so happy with the results I've gotten and I hope you see the service they give to you is beyond what I've ever experienced. Very welcoming and when I needed something to be tended to and taken cared of for my health wise they were so eager to help me and get through all the stress I was feeling to making me feel so comfortable I would love for you guys to experience what I felt. The place is welcoming the front desk are so open to helping you and making you feel comfortable. Checking in assistance were by far the best. And the manage Susie was the most supportive and extremely helpful with the hat I needed to get through. Thank you folks for all that you guys did for me.

I had a great yearly visit with Retina Consultants yesterday. I had an 8:20 appointment and waiting room had several people. I was called within 10 minutes and finished a little after 9. The staff is very efficient and friendly and Dr. Hollifield a real professional. BTW I have been using them for 22 years.

The nurses and staff are very nice and kind and so respectful especially doctor Hollifield.

Facility preformed and will bill the exact tests the VA did week before and sent to them with their referral. Waited forever and Doctor then stood in doorway juggling another task while addressing the results. After 2 hours he could've spent two minutes focusing on the patient!

Dr. Hollifield and his staff are excellent. HOWEVER, the front office staff is unfriendly, regimented and unkind overall. The kiosk in the waiting room is difficult for patients and as I sat in the waiting room awaiting my callback, the receptionist HOLLERED, "FRONT DESK" to patients while NEVER standing up, NEVER with any kindness. In a setting where people are forced to wait in confined spaces, at least the staff could be somewhat accommodating.

Friendly greeting and very professional greeting Wait time was quick all staff were Friendly and did their jobs efficiently. Doctor Yepremyan was great and feel he was very efficient. Left their feeling so relieved They know how to treat patience Thank you so much

Everyone at Retina Consultants of Nevada are gracious, helpful, kind, and treat you with the utmost respect and professionalism! The atmosphere is always welcoming and the doctors spend time with you and answer any questions and/or concerns you might have. I earnestly recommend them if you are in need of retina/vision care!
