I came in for glasses and had a lot of questions, and Brandon was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. It felt like he actually cared about getting it right, not just making a sale. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. Nothing was rushed, and I never felt pressured. Buying glasses can be more stressful than it should be, and Brandon completely took that stress out of it. I spoke to Roxy at the counter and she did a great job of finding frames that perfectly matched my style, and additionally explained all of the elements that went into the cost--with a sizeable discount! The medical assistant and doctor were likewise very kind and explained everything very clearly. If you can afford it, I highly recommend going here!
