I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was very welcoming--the receptionist was professional, and the nurses were kind and attentive. The atmosphere was calm, and the building was extremely clean and well maintained. Dr. Lee is an outstanding eye doctor. I have known and trusted him for over 22 years, and he continues to provide excellent, thorough, and professional care. The appointment was smooth and never felt rushed. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Lee.

Dr Shetty is the best. Very knowledgeable and really cares for his patients which is a breath of fresh air. Staff are very courteous and professional. The office is very clean and calm. Sometimes the waiting long is a little long but we'll worth my time. Thanks Doc

Dr. Shetty - Young, gracious practicing Ophthalmologist in the heart of Queens, NY -Overwhelmingly long wait time for scheduling and concluding an appointment with this dashing young individual, were potential RED flags in my peanut gallery brain - Wait inside his practice premises, simply added to this apprehension.. However, stellar credentials, and the god like reverence in which he is held, by his patients , has to be seen to be believed. The utmost attention to detail that he spent on examinations was a game CHANGER. It started off with smooth parking followed by razor sharp experience with Mr.Nathaniel - the onboarding specialist. The icing on the cake, was a eye exam, so thorough and insightful, that I had never witnessed in my life. The complexities of explaining a even complex subject to a layman had to be seen to be believed. "Silent Efficiency" and "Perfection Is Never An Accident", are the words that aptly describes this encounter and also the delays in this rendezvous, that I and the others ,had to undergo to get this experience. Thank you - Dr. Shetty, and the gold standard Staff, for making this time spent, worth its weight in gold.

I had a good experience at this office. Everyone was polite & efficient. I did not have too long a wait time to see Dr. Shetty. He was very thorough, patient & explained everything clearly. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing an Optomologist.

This is a leading edge professional practice with outstanding practioners (doctors) and a staff that is welcoming and concerned. I believe that getting a compreshensive eye exam yearly is critical. I am pleased with the care rceived and already made next years appointment.

The doctor was great but the receptionists were terrible I was ready to pay my copay but they said to pay when I leave however when I left they said it was too late and that I can pay online. Then I said I needed to make an appointment for a surgery and they informed me that they would call me the next day, of which did not happen . I still waiting for them to call me back!

Always pleasant, friendly, professional staff. The office including the restroom is always Spotless. I don't mind using the Restroom as it is always clean and smells clean.

No one looks forward to eye injection's for WMD, let that sink in, but because of the front desk,nurses, & Dr Lee it isn't the dreaded experience one might think it is, they're calming & uber professionals which make the experience easier than you may think.I thank them each visit!
