They were very friendly on the phone and got me in for an appt pretty quickly. The sales push wasn't too bad, and everything was pleasant until I paid for my glasses. After they got payment- they didn't really care. Insisted on me making an apt to pick up, even though the place is empty and it took 5 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my glasses, the employee was on the phone talking about her sons shin splints. I waited for a few seconds and she came out and I told her I had an apt. I assumed she'd get off the phone since they insisted I don't just pick up but that it's a fitting. She didn't, she stayed on speaker phone and said "he's really hard to get on the phone". Very unprofessional and rushed. She gave me the choice of a soft case or hard case? Explaining the soft case is better for purses. I felt so awkward and on the spot that I just said the soft is good. She put my glasses in the soft case, gave me a wipe and sent me on my way. It's been a while since I purchased glasses, but I'm shocked that for almost $500 glasses they don't automatically give both cases, a box? A bag? Anything. Each time I've purchased glasses at any other business they've been nicely packed up and a hard case comes included no matter what. I went back to get the branded hard case.. and the new worker was friendly but the original woman Danielle, her demeanor totally changed. They made me give them back the cheap Steve Madden soft case and made a big deal about the hard case and she started explaining how it works. I told her this never happened to me and for the price of 500$ I'd expect a proper case. I would not come back here, they seem to cut corners and they don't even have any designer frames. Save yourself the money and shop around elsewhere.

Amazing experience! Came in to get my glasses fixed and it was a smooth and easy experience. Had a lovely lovely chat with the owner, she really knows her stuff!

Appointment at 2:15, got in over half an hour late. Sales push on glasses I don't want and overall a waste of time even after I told them I wasn't planning on buying glasses and I recently bought glasses.

Best Ophthalmologist on Long Island, Staff is friendly & helpful, and Dr. Cossari is truly an amazing doctor. I'm so grateful to have him as my doctor since I was 6 months old. Highly recommend for any age.

I've been seeing Dr. Cossari since I was a baby. I'm 23 now, and have had strabismus surgery under his care more times than I can count. He's the only one I trust with my care, and Dr. Cossari is a truly kind man with a gentle heart and immaculate expertise.

They took me in almost an hour later than my appointment

Says its open on Fridays and Saturdays but they are not.

Went here for an eye check up and the doctor was rude to me. Made comments about my health condition that weren't nice. Wouldn't recommend going here.
