Melissa had helped me out! As soon as I got walked in she greeted me with a friendly smile and help me picked the glasses that I wanted! She was so nice! She also was a fashionista. She helped me from my mirrors my tint and everything. She took my meta glasses to a whole nother level. She made sure that I walked out of there satisfied and she made me feel like I had the picked the glasses that was made just for me. One of my happiest moments in my life. And I can't wait to pick my glasses up! It was another young lady in there as well short and brown skinned. She was such a beauty and also helpful. She had a nice pair of brown Skylar meta glasses. They were big help! I will always continue to shop here. I felt at home!

Everyone from the moment I walked in to the store was excellent. I immediately felt welcome, the staff during my exam was efficient and helpful and once I went through that process the staff helping me with my glasses were so nice and informative I was able to understand what I was paying for and get everything that I needed. The overall experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is the first time that I have been to Lens Crafters in years and I will go back. I feel the frames are organized by designer, however I feel that the frames could be better organized by wire/thick frames, wide nose vs thin nose, etc. or at least identify by a size metric to cut down on unnecessary time trying on pairs you like, only for them to not fit. Stephanie was very nice and went out of her way to help my son and I.

Christa, the manager, took the time to explain to me why I really did need bifocals and explained to me how I could actually get a new prescription and have the lenses re-made under the thirty day money back guarantee! Melissa and Mariah are absolutely wonderful. I came into the store at 5 minutes before close, and it was the last day I had to do a return so I could get new glasses made with a new prescription. Most people would have turned me away, but they did not. You can tell that they value their customers and treat them like they want to be treated! Such a rare thing these days in customer service. Dr. Jazmin is also awesome, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be back, and I will be recommending this particular store to everyone I know.

The entire team here is fantastic! Dr. Chin was very personable during my son's appointment and provided us with the best options to help maintain healthy eyes. She suggested the Stellest lens which were a new concept. Everyone in the office was excited for him and it made the experience for him even better. We were also considering contacts for sports and the associates who assisted with the fitting were extremely patient with him as we made several trips to have him practice. When it came time to purchase his glasses the LensCrafters team also worked well with us to select glasses, measure him and understand delivery time frames. During our visits back during the process everyone knew my son by name and again shared in the excitement of new technology and overall new glasses. A+ service!! Thank you!

Jonaysha (786304) was the employee that helped me on my last visit and to say she's the most helpful/ knowledgeable/ friendly and caring employee there is still a understatement! I wish I could explain better how wonderful she was, she is literally the best she helped me with every little question I had (which was a bunch lol) I would highly recommend LensCrafters in general but definitely this location! 5/5 's and I would give more if I could! **P.S. Jonaysha deserves a raise and a couple free days off for her hard work and dedication! AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW GLASSES BY THE WAY!!!
