The optometrist Dr Jeffrey Genos is excellent! Very thorough and very caring person. I have been to other eye doctors in the past year or two and he is by far the best!

The staff is fantastic here; they make me feel comfortable and welcome every time I go. The doctor is warm and personable, explaining everything so it's easy to understand. I've gotten my last two pairs of glasses here, and I'll be getting my next pair here, too.

Sooo at the last minute on myself care list was get new glasses >>> That I LIKE and will wear! .ANNND can see out of . I feel the optometrist was very perceptive of my senior request. And the young sweet lady at the desk very accomdating ( refreshing!!!) , Kevin and Johnny were my helpful personal shoppers probably tried on 15 + glasses! Lol!!! I ended up getting 2 pair ,actually using one frame from my past and a pair of red ones ! I always wanted! #bucketlist totally reccomend ! I'll update when I get the real ones!

Had a wonderful experience, the Dr was very professional and pleasant. I was not accepting of changes to my vision due to age. He was very honest and caring. He made getting older okay lol. The staff was also great explained all my insurance questions. Would highly recommend.

This is my second time at this location. My yearly visit was due back in July. I finally got scheduled while I had a break from work to take care of my eyes. The optometrist was super nice and knowledgeable. He was not the same one I saw last year but gave me lots of advice on my aging eyes. I got an eye glass appointment, contact fitting and a new pair of glasses as well. Upon pulling my insurance we found out that VSP only pays for a frame every two years, so I was not eligible for a new pair of frames. This was very frustrating because I never intended on using my same frame with my new prescription as my eyes are very bad, I could never wait for my new lenses to be installed in my current frame. I am a huge fan of the Michael Kors Nassau frames. They are very unique in style and fit my face perfectly. I get so many compliments on these frames that I absolutely wanted them again in classic black. The lady that was helping me was super helpful and went in to look up to see if they came in black and to my surprise they did. However they were a little pricey, $230.00. This was going to be an out of pocket expense to me on top of the costs that I already have to personalize my glasses, so I was given a discount of $92.00 off my frame to offset the cost. She could tell that I really loved my frames and wanted them again. That was very nice of her. I was able to get the frame that I love and at a discounted price. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

The team is great at Pearle Vision of Montrose/Akron. The exam was thorough and the the process was easy. I wish they had better frame styles to choose from, so much of the stock is plastic and thick. I prefer thin or metal frames with spring hinges. Regardless, I like the team and feel comfortable there.

Excellent exam! He identified an issue I've struggled with for several years! I have ordered 2 pair of glasses and feel the choice of frames and fitting were very helpful and professional! The receptionist is first class too. Knowledgeable and friendly. Pearle is my place of choice and has been for longer than I can remember! My thanks to the entire staff!
