It has been a little while since I had been to the eye doctor, due to insurance or lack there of. I had an appointment to see Dr. Reiss. He was outstanding and his patience is exceptional! Getting to the age I am, I was informed that "bifocals" were in my present, not my near future. I was completely relaxed and had an enjoyable visit. My glasses were to be ready for pickup in 10 days. I got a call 5 days later saying that I could come in for my fitting! My appointment was on the 4th and I got my glasses on the 10th!! Excellent service and staff here. I love my new glasses! I have to admit it does take a while to get used to wearing bifocals, but it is worth it! Thank you to all the staff at Dr. Stein's Optical Clinic in Alliance, Ohio!!!

I've been a patient of Doctor Stein's Optical Clinic for years and even though I left Alliance 46 years ago, I still travel from Pittsburgh for my eye exams.
And, it's important to support a local doctor's office rather than a large national chain where they could care less if I ever returned. At Doctor Stein's, the service, attention and patient care is excellent and the selection of frames very up-to-date.

I recently made an appointment to see Dr. Reiss with Jill, the office receptionist, in July. As always, Jill was helpful, cheerful, and friendly. It is a pleasure to visit the Optical Clinic because everyone there is just like Jill. In fact, after moving to Tallmadge which is a 50 minute drive to Alliance, I elected to continue seeing Dr. Reiss due to his caring attitude and his outstanding diagnostic skills - he ALWAYS gets it right!
