Dr. Dewan is amazing! Not only is he kind, he is also very thorough. He worked through some vision issues with me and ultimately helped me resolve them with some surgery and now ongoing monitoring. He is one of the first doctors who I have felt truly listened to me and took my health very seriously. I highly recommend Dr. Dewan for your simple or complex vision needs.

Great doctors. The best you will ever find. I had cataracts removed from both eyes a few weeks apart by Dr Dewan He even called himself the day after each surgery to see how I was doing. Highly recommended. The staff front and back are very nice. Always a great experience!

Dr Garfinkle did a great job on my eye surgery yesterday I highly recommend him he is very respectful and does an excellent job he did my left eye I got to get my right eye done

The wait period AFTER your scheduled appointment time is obnoxious. This practice must not value the patient's time otherwise they wouldn't have patients waiting hours past their scheduled appointment times. The office scheduling department needs a major software overhaul. In reading other reviews, the owner doesn't like to admit any faults. He seems to always want to set his record straight. Listen to your patient's. They can teach you a lot about your business.

The front staff lady with the nose ring is so rude it's ridiculous. She was yelling questions at me through the waiting room as I was sitting across the room. She really couldn't have me walk up to talk to her. Checking out she was talking to a Medicare recipient on the phone and it was APPALLING how she was speaking to that gentleman. SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING FRONT DESK HERE. I have have a limit time available for appointments because I work and she doesn't even ask what's my availability she just schedules and hands me a card without saying a word. If my son didn't get referred here by his original eye doctor WE WOULD NOT COME AT ALL. I'm definitely going to be e-mailing someone too because this is ridiculous.

The wait time for the appointment was quick. There was comfortable seating. The staff was very courteous and respectful. Dr. Dewan was very professional yet friendly. He explained everything and took time to answer questions.

If I could give this place no stars I would. We were recommended from our pediatrician to see Dr. Dewan and honestly it was a terrible experience. Our one year old daughter underwent 2 different surgical procedures( within two weeks) with worse outcomes then we started. She was put under twice and both times the surgery did not take and both times her eye got severely infected. My husband and I recommended a procedure that friends of ours ( their daughter) went through ( with Dr. Lawhon) and he said that is our third option instead. After two surgeries and two severe eye infections a day after each surgery and smart remarks and no compassion that the Doctor gave us I was left his office for the infections we felt speechless, upset and feeling helpless. We luckily called in days after all of this to Akron Childrens and got in with Dr Lawhon and he was a incredible! He did her now THIRD and FINAL eye surgery ( the surgery we recommended that had the beat results) and it is like night and day! Zero issues, friendly staff, answered questions, WAS KIND and RESPECTED/ACKNOWLEDGED OUR QUESTIONS. He even went above and beyond and while Dr. Lawhon did her eye surgery did and invasive eye exam while she was under. He is fabulous and is highly highly recommended!!!!!!!!
