I want to thank everyone who works here. From the minute I walked in I knew this was gonna be the place I come back to for all my eye care. The staff and the dr. Were so kind and took the time to explain every detail and help me to figure out what was my best option. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed like you do at other offices. If you are looking for an amazing place to go to for your eye care then this is it. Kudos to Dr. Julie and her staff. You are all amazing. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Today my husband and I had appointments with the Ashville office and we were very pleased with our visit. The staff was kind and very friendly. We love how they seemed to really care about us and we will be coming back. We have been coming here for years, and they are excellent with kids. We drive 40 minutes from our home close to London Ohio to come to Dr. Mike. Thank you for always making our visit memorable. He even takes the time to ask the kids what they are doing and he even gave my daughter a little lesson on the anatomy of the eye. If you have a child that's weary of eye exams, I highly recommend the Heidish family. They are so kind, and in this busy world it's sometimes very hard to find that.

I sat on my relatively new glasses, bending the frame , popping out both lenses and losing some screws. Extremely frustrated, I called the office and Kelly said bring them bye. In less than 10 minutes I was out the door with the same glasses that I thought were destroyed but were fixed perfectly. Thanks for being available!
