Doctor was thorough. However, he used a ton of acronyms and was in a hurry. When checking in, I was told if I wanted to use my health insurance I would have to schedule a second visit to do my eye check and receive a prescription. I would save $55.00. So I made a second appointment. They had to test my vision during the current visit. They gave me the prescription and then proceeded to charge me $55.00 - which was for the vision check - even though I said I wanted to wait. Then, they did not put the PD on the prescrition. I called and they said "you can come in and we can do that in like 2 seconds". Really, then why did you not do it while I was there? The front desk does not know what the doctor is doing. You'd think they would have it down - maybe everyone is new? I will try not to go to this practise again as it was very disjointed.

I had a great experience at Midwest Eye Consultants in Barberton. From the moment I checked in with McCartney, everything was smooth and welcoming. Cindy was thorough and efficient in gathering my medical information, and Dr. Ryan provided a very complete and professional eye exam. Curtis then helped me find the perfect fit for my glasses and made the process easy and enjoyable. Overall, a very positive experience--I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Ryan was excellent! He was so friendly and gave me the best eye exam I've ever had! He was super efficient and gave me a great new glasses prescription. I'm really happy with the new doctor at the practice! I highly recommend him for anyone needing an eye exam.

Finally found a doctor that actually listened, explained, and solved the issue every other place ignored (for 4 years!) My eyes and migraines are finally at peace. If you want someone who knows their stuff, has the latest technology AND treats you with care, go here immediately. Dr. Ryan is my hero! Seriously.

The arm on my glasses frame broke. It couldn't be fixed or replaced because of the warranty that I purchased. They said there is nothing they can do. So, now it's going on a month and I am still waiting for my frames. UNEXCEPTABLE! I'm disappointed in the customer service that you get from them. I will never go back or recommend them! Like they Care!

Having many issues with my eyes, I have had issues over the many years with people getting my glasses in contacts, correct. That being said. The only people that have ever gotten my glasses in contacts right was Neovision and Dr. Starkey or Dr. Callaway Neo vision is now Midwest eye consultants and I am so happy to see that they are just as good now as when they were Neovision. Special shout out to Kristen and Sarah. They both are amazing. They both explained everything so perfectly when it came to my vision and my glasses and what to expect out of my new glasses. Now.... Jewel and Briana... What can I say?? I cannot envision two better people to be right at the front and be the face of the company. Every time that I go in there, they are so pleasant so jovial so happy to help. I understand that making the customer happy his first and foremost, but a lot of times dealing with companies you can see that it's fake and not genuine. This is not the case when it comes to Jewel and Briana. They are the best. Midwest eye consultants thank you for everything Looking forward to many more years. Kelly Murray

Neovision was great. Now they are Midwest and not great. Change appointment times without consulting. Wait for long periods of time after arrival to see someone. Seem to overbook and hope for the best. I am moving on to another eye center.

I have to say, the care that I received from Doctor Starkey and his staff, was absolutely amazing! I woke up one morning and could not open my left eye, needless to say I was terrified. I called the Barberton office and Dr. Starkey got me in immediately. His staff was so very caring and just treated me with the upmost respect. I have recommended him to so many people...and I will continue to!
