I must 1st thank the front desk both ladies so pleasant, then rhe vision assistant she was so informative, kind, her laughter & conversation was so therapeutic felt like I knew her forever. And Dr Olding just as beautiful in/out lovely characteristics, very professional and caring. Then the optical staff who orders the glasses those 2 ladies were very friendly & funny they made my day as well as everyone who I named much better then the Metro Hospital vision center.

Staff was nice, but the 2 hour appointment and 3 different ways of checking my prescription before seeing the doctor is absolutely insane. Walked in thinking it was just like any normal eye dr where you see your doctor within 5-10 minutes of being there, but that was not the case. They have you do a pre appointment, appointment where they check everything twice before seeing the doctor. Then when you see the doctor you have to do it again to confirm again. I decided to not do my contact exam that same day being unsure of the extra charges that day, was told to call back and they'd be able to get me in and do a quick exam to get my contact prescription. When I called to try to schedule it I was told it would still be 1.5-2 hours for this appointment also. I understand it's "different" from my glasses prescription but not enough to where it should have to take that long. As a mom, it's hard to find enough time and babysitters to accommodate an appointment that typically would only be 30 minutes at any other eye doctor.

My recent and past experiences with the Cleveland Eye Clinic have been top notch! My children and I have been patients for year's and we will continue our services with them. At the Bedford Road, Cleveland location Dr. Mathie is both knowledgeable and patient. Front desk manager Ms. Linda is informative and kind. They have great staff and the facility is always clean. Amazing experience!

The staff and doctors were very friendly and efficient, my appointment went smoothly and I was treated like a family member.

What a nice staff. Pleasant, professional, curtious , thorough and very friendly! They are all real people in life. Very engaging from start to finish. I felt like I was #1. Not #9999. I just got my glasses the other day. Very very lucky to have gone there.

The office staff and the doctor was very knowledgeable. The young lady that did my testing took extra care. I have Lupus and the medication can mess with my eyes. They made sure that I was good! If you need to go and get an exam I highly recommend them.
