My daughter had the most horrible experience with Dr. Knupp!!! She called me crying and extremely upset stating that he put his hands forcefully on my grand baby.. kept telling my daughter that there was nothing wrong with her eye very loadly.... and stern. She told him we already have a diagnosis and was told she needed to go see a specialist. It took her almost a year to get in.. and she drove from Toledo. After telling him repetitively that you can clearly see her eye is a "Googly Eye" my daughter had to find pictures to show him because he didn't and wouldn't even test her!! And kept saying there was nothing wrong with her eye. After seeing the picture he finally agreed.. this guy needs his license taken away.. she WILL be filling a complaint with the medical board!! I'm sure we are not the only ones!! Stay away from Dr. Knupp!!

As always, Dr. Tam was prompt, very professional, thorough, compassionate, informative, and reassuring, Her staff are very kind, organized, and friendly. I will continue to see Dr. Tam, and would highly recommend her.

If I could give a million stars I would!!! I had an eye emergency and called to make an appointment and even after never having been there they got me in right away. The entire staff was amazing, kind and friendly. The doctor saw me right away and he was kind, professional and took the time to throughly exam my eye. Best place ever!!! I just can't say enough how great this place is. Thank you so much and I will see you again for my optometry needs.

Dr. Knupp Is the worst Doctor with little toddlers I have ever seen in my life.. he couldn't help us with anything !! He was so angry and want to get done fast!! My daughter was so scared of him because he yelled a little when she was crying. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK AGAIN TO HIS OFFICE.

Dr. Costa was great! I really liked having him as my optometrist. He is very friendly and got me in and out quickly. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Tam always takes her time with me and answers any questions I have. Plus, she is always very positive.

Besides being relocated and it being also known as Optical Illusion the staff was very friendly the location is at the wood County hospital near the located at the oncology building I was helped quickly and the woman walked me through what my options were and pricing with what my company would cover for prescriptive safety glasses.

Dr. Christina Tam has treated my glaucoma for several years. She is well educated, extremely intelligent, caring and friendly.
