Broad View Eye Center - Broadview Hghts

I have been to Broadview Eye Center in Broadview Hts in the past and changed to another company due to my insurance. I have a difficult time getting glasses that work for me but the glasses I got from Broadview Eye Center were the best. I made sure they were In Network and set up an appointment with Alyssa Vu. Alyssa was kind and knowledgeable and the exam was thorough. I can't wait to get my new glasses. Highly recommend Broadview Rye Center in Broadview Hts and their friendly, experienced staff.

The staff at this optometrist's office is friendly and professional. The check-in process was seamless, but there were a few redundant steps for new patients. They asked for insurance information during the initial reservation and again during the online check-in. Dr. Vu was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me while she worked. She even showed me how to use the contact lenses and helped me understand the process!! The man in the gram are was also very kind help me choose a frame that was suitable for my face. The frame prices are reasonable, especially if you take advantage of their special offers. One frame with lenses costs around $120 with insurance (without I think it costs $170) The only i did not like was the $40 eye-tissue check (the bright green light). It's not covered by insurance, and they ask you to read the information while registering. I don't recall reading it, but I didn't read everything either. So, I had to make a decision on the spot, and the lady who did the checkups didn't give me much time to think about it. I felt a bit rushed, and I didn't like that. Overall, I recommend this optometrist's office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable.

Just had my first visit to Broadview Eye Center and honestly, I was super impressed. The place looks awesome--really clean, modern, and full of high-tech stuff. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and knew their stuff, from the front desk to the doctors and eyewear folks. They even checked out my old frames and said they could put in my new lenses, which was awesome. Overall, just a great experience all around. Definitely glad I went here.

First time there and so impressed ! Very thorough eye exam, lots of explanation.ease of appointment making,fabulous optician (Erin)who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Picking up my new glasses in 2 weeks! Thank you Broadview Eye Center for the great care!

I had such an amazing first visit and definitely found my new optometrist! Dr. Vu was so nice and informative! Tiffany was so easy to work with, she made buying new glasses a breeze.

I want to complement this facility for the very compassionate help they extended to my husband and I this weekend. I called on Saturday looking for help getting my husband's glasses repaired. Their facility is 3 miles from our home. Despite not being an existing patient they very willingly not only repaired them but came to car with them to save him getting in and out of vehicle. This was a real act of public service and humane health care provision. My husband has Parkinson's and transportation is a challenge as is getting in and out of vehicles. His glasses broke and getting to place he got them would involve a 30 minute trip and navigation in a very busy commercial center with great risk of falls. I didn't get the name of the woman who actually made the repairs but wish to thank and acknowledge her if I could. I have scheduled my eye exam for next week!

Went there for an eye exam. The staff is great. They are so friendly and did a great job. The building is very clean and modern. Dr. Vu did my exam and she was excellent and very knowledgeable. They also have a large variety of frames.

Everyone is super helpful and friendly. My Doctor was incredibly thorough with everything. Glasses selection is excellent and it's a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend it.
