My eye exam started right on time. During the exam the doctor showed me my current prescription versus the updated prescription they were prescribing so I could really 'see' how much it had changed. They also created a rough estimate of what a middle distance prescription would be like so I could evaluate how helpful they might be. When I went to look for glasses, I was very impressed with the help I was given. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find frames that would fit progressive lenses and my face. They really listened to the preferences I mentioned like color and noticed things I didn't mention like my preference for silver based on the jewelry I was wearing. Overall they were very patient and helpful.

The guy at the counter was not very helpful and I felt like a big inconvenience that I was there because my insurance was messed up so I wound up walking out I had him a year ago and he was also a jerk then. No people skills or patience. Very rude
