I have been to the Bryan Eye center and they have very good service and it is a great value. Cassydi was very helpful in helping me pick out my glasses and did a geat job.

I am deeply offended that you guys chose Cassydi Witt, who is the optician, over a paying customer. Let me explain to you why I am deeply offended, I am a victim of hers, google the State of Ohio vs Cassydi Witt. If y'all really want to know google that. Not to mention the appointment was cancelled at last minute. I have nothing else to say.

I was absolutely shocked by Dr. McCashen's lack of compassion toward my 3-year-old son. After our appointment, I discovered that this behavior is not an isolated incident--he has a well-documented history of similar conduct toward both children and adults. He has reportedly told patients to "shut up," reacts with alarming irritability, and becomes condescending, particularly when patients struggle with tasks like inserting contact lenses for the first time. I would strongly advise against seeking care from him--0/10, would not recommend.

Friendly and super helpful staff up front and Dr McCashen REALLY knows so much about eye health and care! This office definitely helped my son, getting him in for an appointment quickly, making sure my insurance is accepted and what my exam copays are before even coming in for the appointment, and at the appointment going over any other charges for the glasses and lenses themselves! When my son quickly received his glasses and went to get them fitted, his reaction to being able to see clearly was so amazing and he and I both are so thankful to Dr McCashen and his staff for the care they put into getting my son just the right Rx and fit for glasses!

I've been bringing my children here for a long time. I also recently became a patient. Picked up my new glasses today and cried that I could see so well. Thank you dr. Mccashen and staff members for everything!!!

I'm so thankful for Dr. McCashen and his staff. Dr McCashen took his time giving me a thorough eye exam, was patient, and answered all my questions. His staff helped me pick out frames and were kind and courteous. My glasses came quickly, and I love them. I get so many compliments when I wear them.
