I'm not sure of the name of the person whom helped me select my frames and lenses but they did an exceptional job! Throughout the process of selecting frames and then lenses they explained all of the available options and the differences in price which made it easier for me to make the selections. I have been been dealing with Walmart Optical in Bryan for my last few pairs of glasses and have never had an issue.

I bought my 10 year old glasses from there and we went about 3 times for a repair in 9 months for a repair or to adjust. The last time I was there I was pretty much told I was a bad parent because his glasses broke to much. I was told it was parent neglect..... and they weren't fixing his glasses anymore! Won't go back there again!

Wont ever go there, I called for an appointment & was told she doesn't except my insurance that's bolonga It's sad to know I'd like a pair of a certain walmart pair of glasses but was told I'd have to pay $75.00 out of my pocket, so sad doctors & insurance cant get along cause us middle man pay for the loss

Was told that I'd have to pay a further fee for contacts because I couldn't get back in soon enough. I wasted money on the contacts exam, and didn't even get to buy any contacts. Unreal.

Hello 11 o'clock appointment Was there on time which left to stand on the other side Of the barrier as lots of people passed not a very safe environment for somebody with health issues I couldn't get my appointment because too many people was putting me at risk.Crowding in front of me as I stood there I would even give him a one Start but I had to to get this posted
