Dr. Barker has taken care of my family and I for years. She has always been amazing as well as her staff. They are all very caring and always have smiles on their faces. I had an incident where a piece of metal flew into my eye and within 20 minutes of the incident I was sitting in her exam chair being taken care of. She has never turned my family and I down for emergencies. I can't express enough how amazing her and her staff truly are!

Less than accommodating. Husband had appointment cancelled by them and they said they'd call to reschedule. 6 months later I get to reschedule and they will only see him and have "no record" of me and won't take new patients. Save yourself the headache and lack of professionalism. See a different optometrist.

Pretty bad when you setup shop in town and can't get an appointment because they are not accepting new patients. Must be doing very well in DOVER OFFICE.
