Save yourself the hundreds of unanswered phone calls and frustration and find a different optometrist. I scheduled a check up in order to refill my contacts. They were scheduling months out (not a big deal), but after my appointment, they never filled my order for contacts. It took me weeks of calling to finally get ahold of someone to ask for my contacts. After another month or two had gone by, I received mail that the contacts had arrived and that I needed to schedule an appointment to pick them up (this is also something I find weird). So, I tried calling to schedule an appointment to pick up my contacts. I called nearly every day I could for weeks, again. All in all, it took me around 4 or 5 months to actually obtain my contacts. Most recently, I've been experiencing a small issue that is a bit of a concern to me. I tried to call to schedule an appointment, but of course they didn't answer the phone. The receptionist is apparently only there certain days a week and I guess as patients we are supposed to just know where she'll be at all times. By the way, your voicemails probably won't be returned either. Claiming to be a healthcare provider and being unavailable to your patients 24/7 is insane to me. Highly suggest going somewhere else, as I certainly am.
