I just started going here last week and let me say after one visit I am blown away by the customer service. Crystal at the front desk will go out of her way to help you and make sure you get the best deal when it comes to contacts. If you live within 20 minutes of here you should make them your optometrist!

I am proud to be a patient of Dr. Knight. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. I had an issue with my new glasses and thankfully their knowledgeable staff corrected the labs install of my lenses and corrected my issue in record time. I highly recommend MyEyeDr in Canal Fulton for your vision needs.

My son needed an eye exam and after having a couple places turn us away due to age, myeyedr accepted him and we've went ever since. They always have my respect due to giving my son a chance and they couldn't be more helpful and kind. Highly suggest!

I would give zero stars but can't. This place lied about the insurance option purchased for a pair of glasses. If we have to pay 50% of the glasses because we do not have them to return because they were shattered, which is why we bought the insurance for loss or damage, but paying $378+ for the insurance, what good is the insurance for loss or damage??? We will never be back again.

Dr. Anna Knight was a pleasure to go see! Staff was very nice to me. Looking at reviews on here... I don't think customers always remember that sometimes there are waits for placing orders, getting glasses adjusted, etc at any eyewear place. Regardless I'm happy to have found this place very close to home when my insurance changed last year and had to find a new eye doctor.

The worst place I have ever gone to very Unprofessional. Scheduled an eye exam went to the eye exam and was told the doctor called off swore they called me they never did. I showed them my phone that I never had a call. Scheduled another appointment went there for that appointment. I thought it was 1040 they said 1020 I was there at 10:27 but straight out front waiting for somebody to wait on me for five minutes and was told I could not. Have my appointment because I was late which pretty much wasn't late. It was them. I left called Jackson Eyecare clinic on Wells. They got me right in thank thankfully there is a nice place that will work with people never again. Will I go there or would I recommended the. Very poor service

The staff is very rude . I will only go back because of warranty's .
