I've been going to Winchester Vision Care since 2021 and have stopped in every year for my annual checkup. They get me in and out in a timely manner with each visit and have a very welcoming staff. The facility is clean and well kept. Each time I get my new glasses and prescription it's a smooth transition. Lastly, scheduling appointments and getting reminders for them is all easy and convenient.

I have been with Winchester Vision Care for 7 years ,and I will say the staff has definitely changed as far as being professional and treating patients well. I have never had this much trouble from this facility until this year. Ive been calling for 2 weeks seperate occasions to ask for a referral and i have not gotten a call back from anyone. I called there today to see if the referral has been sent in because I still havent gotten a call from an Optometrist. I called 3 times total. The 2nd call someone picked up and then hung up after staying silent for a few seconds. The third time i just left a voicemaul expressing my frustration over how the lack of customer service is annoying and frustrating. This place is not what it used to be .

I've been a patient for over 10 years with a history of eye cancer. The woman receptionist I just spoke with was more concerned about my insurance (ANTHEM) than helping fit my 4 year old in for an appointment for an oddity spotted in his eye. Her recommendation was to go to the ER. I cannot express my level of outrage and disgust at such a lack of compassion and education.

Staff does not fallow through, they never return messages, they told me a week for my glasses to show up from there lab, it's been 5 weeks now. Staff tells you they will get back with you, and they don't.
