Dr. Ambrose and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. The doctor took his time to explain everything during the exam, and the staff went over the financial information and answered all my questions patiently. They helped us stay within our budget and did not try to push us to spend more than we had planned, like our previous optometrist. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help when my glasses developed a stress crack. Glad we found this office!

Dr Ambrose and his team are amazing! I am so happy to have doc as my Optometrist. He is so skilled and knowledgeable in his line of work. He is also so personable and makes you feel like you are catching up with an old friend when you are there. Incredibly grateful they were able to see me so quickly for an emergency appointment. They truly are the BEST!

Extremely bad service! Got glasses a few yrs back that I can't see out of at all. Tried several times after I got them to get them fixed, but they refused to set an appointment for me and anytime I'd show up, they'd be closed. My job requires me to be available early and late hours as we're open 24/7. Very inconvenient hours, rude staff, ripp off. Buyer beware!

On my first appointment about 2 or 3 years ago I remember Dr Ambrose to be friendly and was not concerned about his knowledge. Today on Jan 7 2021 i was waiting in the lobby for my appointment. A woman and her daughter came from the exam room with masks partially covering their mouths, noses completely exposed. I was concerned and kept my distance. Dr Ambrose came out and spoke to the ladies. Again seemed friendly. He was standing a bout a foot from them leaning over the same paperwork in the lobby. All 3 noses out. Then he asks me to come to the exam room. I sat in the chair, as he's asking health questions, I interject and ask if he ever wears a mask? His answer was, "I already had it." My response was, "I am pretty uncomfortable so I will just find someplace else, please cancel my appointment." His answer said to me that he had been ignoring the guidelines and infected himself. That I was in an area where covid has already been spread and I was sitting in a small poorly ventilated room that had just been occupied for the last 30 minutes by 3 people that I know nothing about, probably without proper masks but now know that one of them was practicing risky enough behavior to have been infected once already. Dr Ambroses response also sent me the message that he only cares about himself, not his patients. Needless to say, I was not staying for the appointment. I politely informed the Dr that I was uncomfortable and left. I will not return.

Dr Ambrose is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We are so glad we found him! Everyone in the office was so nice and approachable too. Thank you!
