We've been coming here for years. The entire staff is extraordinary and do a wonderful job from answering the phone/scheduling (Megan), doing the pre-testing (Alli), to the fun part of trying on glasses - and their selection of frames is top notch (thank you Kris for your knowledge and for making it FUN). Dr. Otte was very kind and very attentive. He answered all of our questions as well as explained in detail our exams. Highly recommend!

My 7 year old and 11 month old had their first eye exams here. Arrived 15 minutes before their appointment and was greeted. The front office Lady who checked us in was super sweet and even interacted with my 11 month old. I was given paperwork for the Infantsee eye exam. I then felt rushed while filling it out. Everything felt rushed after that. I'm not sure if it was because we were scheduled on Thanksgiving Eve at 4 which my Boys were originally scheduled for Tuesday at 3:30, but I guess the Doctor was going to be out. With it being my Boy's first eye exams, it didn't feel special. Dr. Otte didn't really interact much with my 11 month old. The interaction just felt cold. Both appointments only took 30 minutes. We were out of there at 4:30. Got a totally different vibe from the front office staff when it was time to pay. Gave the front office staff $15 for the imaging that was done on my older Son's eyes. I was told by my insurance that my older Son's exam would be covered under a well-child eye exam. The staff said that they would try and bill it. I ended up calling my insurance after the appointments and found out that our certain plan doesn't cover it. I called the office right after and payed with a credit card over the phone. I had asked for a receipt to be emailed to me, but never received it. I just felt that they thought I wasn't going to pay my bill which I did, because they provided a service. I just wish my Boy's experience was different.

Everyone was so easy and so pleasant to talk with. Attentive, informant, and actively wanting to help us with our exam and talking about if we wanted new glasses or wait till prescription changes.

Office staff is phenomenal and Dr. Werling is a wonderful and caring doctor! I recommend this office and Doc to anyone!!!

They were excellent! Everyone there is so friendly. In and out in about an hour. Excellent care and the staff made me laugh out loud. Everyone is super nice.

I have been going to this establishment since it was Dr. Tangemen office. The Drs. now are just as great as he is! They treat most of my family that live in Ohio! From my kids to my grandbabies. The Girls in the Office are Awesome, never had a problem they couldn't handle. And then there is Megan, she is the best, patient, funny, helpful, and goes beyond to help you! The best place ever!!!

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Werling was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns and was very personable. The equipment used is top notch! I was amazed at the scans they are able to perform!! I felt very good about the glasses I picked out thanks to Megan for helping me!! left the office feeling extremely confident in the care I received. Thank you to all for such a great and thorough exam!
