The team at My Eye Dr did a great job with my family. My parent has Alzheimer's disease. She struggled to physically enter the building and was unable to communicate with the optometrist. The staff was kind and helpful, the doctor worked slowly and gently with my parent to gain as much info as possible. They were kind with me, too, as I was struggling. Glasses were nice and affordable. I highly recommend My Eye Dr.

BEST eye care I have ever received. Sydney at the front desk was so kind, professional and helpful getting me checked in and running the preliminary tests. The check in paper work was so simple due to Sydney's organization! Dr. Vance was so sweet and gentle with my vision test! She was thorough and helped fix an eye scratch I have been feeling for weeks. The woman who helped me with a frame purchase was so nice as well. Frame was a fantastic price as well. Highly recommend, cannot say enough great things about this place!! Will definitely be referring friends and family here!

If you ever need eye care then go nowhere else. The staff are warm and friendly. Dr Vance was both charming and professional at the same time. Talked me through the whole procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I always have a great experience for my yearly eye exam. The staff who work the lobby and testing areas are very nice & helpful. Dr. Vance is not only exceptional at her job but she's patient while answering all my questions. I have recommend myeyedr to family and friends.

I'll try to make this short but I am normally anxious about any type of doctor appointment. Dr. Lai and her team (especially Amanda) made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Lai listened to my eye history and told me how best to take care of my eye(s). Picking glasses in the past at different places has been anxiety ridden with the people making me do "something new" or different. I told Amanda exactly what I liked and the last pair she pulled was exactly what I wanted and I even got a pair that is a little more bold than I would normally go for. She made me feel safe and comfortable picking out glasses and knew exactly what to say to help me. She also helped me stay within my budget!! I immediately told all my glasses wearing family they need to go to this eye clinic. I cannot say enough good things about them. 100% please go here if you've had trouble with eye places in the past or if you just need an eye doctor in general! Thank you guys!!

I have been a patient with Dr Vance and the staff for a very long time. They are always helpful and concerned about giving the best care possible. I feel respected during services and transactions. The care team is patient during the eyeglass selection process. I pass other places that I could go to and are much closer, just to come here because I am so satisfied.
