Dr. Chester and the ladies working with him are doing a great job! It's easy to get an appointment, they're quick to get your exam done, the equipment is clean, and the nurses, techs, and front office staff are friendly and efficient. They're priced competitively too! Two thumbs way up!

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! When I was done on the phone with a women setting up my appointment time, she thought that she had hung up but instead COMPLAINED and said some rude crap about me to her coworkers sitting right beside her. Don't go to Chester eye center they're rude.

Communication is horrible. They never call back like they say they will. They won't let you know when glasses are ready to be picked up.. the office sometimes won't even answer the phone just to schedule an appointment. If you leave messages to schedule an appointment. They still won't call back. The only reason we continue to go here is because they have the best frame selection in town. If it wasn't for that I would never go back. I'm still back and forth if I will go back this year. They also change staff every couple of months and they have no continuity of care or half way trained staff. There will also be very long wait times in the lobby to be seen.
