Brandi was amazing! She made our experience painless. I was nervous about getting glasses and it was strange seeing my face with glasses on. I was able to try on as many pairs as I wanted to make sure I choose the right ones. They had a wide selection to choose from and the price was fair. I highly recommend this Pearl Vision. No wait time, professional customer service, very thorough eye exam. I highly recommend their eye exam. The doctor was very kind and explained everything well. Spring for the recommended testing if you can. Even though it's not all covered by insurance. It's worth it. Glasses are pricey. If you can't afford them, get your prescription in writing and buy glasses elsewhere.

This doctor is truly great, kind, and efficient. He took the time to answer all my questions and recommend a solution for my vision fatigue, even though it's otherwise perfect. Additionally, the assistants were fantastic, and they were able to perform the entire exam without needing dilation, which was really impressive.I 100% recommend this place for annual exams and glasses.

I had an appointment today and was turned away bc they couldn't find my appt in system. They didn't try to help and figure it out. I showed her my txt messages and confirmation email. She is a very non caring liberal boss babe Im very disappointed in the actions that place. Do NOT GO THERE if you want good customer service.

The doctor I saw didn't have the best people skills and she provided me with incorrect information about some of the services offered. The front office staff was wonderful.

First of all this location is horrible!!! Management is missing, hours are inconsistent. Took me six months to finally be able to go in there and get My contacts because I work a lot and their hours of operation and lack of hours of operation made it six months before I can get in there. The lenses that they ordered for my Oakley framed glasses from Pearle vision Lens didn't fit my glasses and caused the Frame to spread out to where it falls off my face. The technician said they wouldn't adjust my frame because I own the frame and they didn't purchase it from Pearle vision however they have the exact same frame on there Shelf for sale. I requested them to replace lenses with Oakley lenses they refuse because the order was six months in the rears however I had stopped in To get them adjusted and their statement to me after 30 days of wearing that the frame had stretched and that's normal and you should've bought new frames when I bought the the lenses. I've owned plenty of Oakley sunglasses and other other Oakley products that I know for a fact after a year of owning the frames is impossible. The materials they use for Their frames is subject to flex but it returns back. Completely dissatisfied customer would love to have a contact regarding the situation because I would love to have my lenses Replaced, And I would love to have my glasses, not falling off my face when I looked down. I will never return to that location ever they are horrible.
