They refused to give me my information from my own prescription! Then tried to sell it to me for $20 after I asked for it again. My family and I will not be back there and I will encourage everyone to go elsewhere. Janel herself is wonderful but if this is how they do business its worth finding someone else. Plenty of other places do not withhold this same information, I have already checked into it.

I truly enjoy coming here to get my eyes checked and really love Dr. Stroh. Unfortunately, they seem to close early fairly often. Went to pick up my contacts today because I received a text saying they were in and they were closed at 3 pm. On a Wednesday. When the hours at the office say they are open until 4. Actually, the phone message says they are open until 4:30 pm, which makes closing at 3 feel even more unprofessional to me. I guess make sure you call to make sure they are open before you bother stopping by.

Been going there for years went in today 4/3/25 asked for an eye exam appointment. Was told they were booked up till July so a four month wait! Trying to get new glasses for work guess I'll be getting a new eye doctor. Really they need some help there.

Set up an appointment online because I used to come here. Went today and found out they said my mother cancelled my appointment, even though I'm 22 years old. Went to talk to my mother and found out that they sent a reminder call for my little sister, who has a different last name, to my mother and because my sister doesn't even go here for her appointments OF COURSE my mother cancelled what she thought was her minor child's appointment - she would never cancel her adult child's appointment and she doesn't have the right to do so. There is no reason that 1. My mother should have been called for my sister when it was my appointment and 2. I was told that my mother CALLED to cancel because not only would my mother NEVER do that, my mother confirmed that THEY called her for a reminder that my SISTER had an appointment - my mother of course said no, that's night right and then apparently they cancelled MY appointment without my consent or notifying me. I took the day off of work for this appointment. Edit: Sep23: I received an email TODAY that my appointment on 9/16 was cancelled. Edit: Sep23: Not only did they text my mother when they have all of my information, but they want her to set up a "new" appointment for me, a 22 year old adult. This is ridiculous.

Well nothing short of the last recent two reviews. Never called about my sons glasses.They want to put the blame on the lab. The lab wants to put the blame on them. Terrible service. Only recommend if they are your last option.

Nothing but confusion, chaos, and lack of communication since day one. Wait times for glasses are horrible, they don't even call and let ya know if there are delays. You have to call them when the expected delivery date has come and gone. I got my son 2 pairs of glasses (needed one for spare). They told me one needed to be his primary pair while the other is his secondary pair due to two different prescriptions, when in fact he didn't have two different prescriptions, which they acknowledged after being questioned. My son was scheduled for his yearly eye exam in January 2022. Which was rescheduled to February 2022, which was again re-scheduled to March 8th, 2022. On March 2nd, 2022, I received a confirmation text message of the appointment for March 8th, 2022, to which I confirmed. However, on March 7th, 2022, I received a call, in which they would not be able to see my son on March 8th, 2022. The ONLY opening they had would be March 30th (3 months past his yearly) at 10:30 am. That did not work for us due to work and school schedule. They literally told me they had to reschedule "a lot of people" and that was the only appointment. Poor planning on them for not having another optometrist in the office. We should've been rescheduled first, as we'd been waiting since January 2022. They had zero empathy regarding this situation stating they sent us a "card" via US mail in February 2022 (which we did not receive, conveniently) stating this March 8th appointment needed rescheduled. However, they failed to follow-up until the day before the appointment and sent me a confirmation text message of the appointment. I was also told I needed to go in the office to sign a release of information for my son's new optometrist, which was incorrect information. Later, they called me back and said I could have my son's new optometrist send them a release. After typing this review, I got a phone from Family Eye Care Center reminding us of my son's appointment tomorrow (03/08/22) - that they aren't able to keep. Unreal.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through the process. They even fixed my old glasses at no charge when I didn't even ask them to. Highly recommend!

They always do a great job. Fast and friendly. They genuinely care about their patients. Their eyewear is pretty high end, but quality. They seem to enjoy their jobs and that speaks lot for good service.
