The staff were all very friendly, informative, and accommodating. Dr. Angela Greenslait addressed all of our questions and concerns and made us feel very confidant in her findings. Our sales associate Willia was very welcoming and so helpful. She listened and genuinely cared. She helped us pick some amazing frames that worked so well with our daughter's style and face shape. She went over every detail and answered all of our questions. She is definitely a gem and I hope we get to have many more interactions with her. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!

Willia was amazing, process was smooth I walked in lost she made me feel at home helped me pick out amazing frames and wait for the doctor who was amazing as well. Process was supposed to take 2 weeks but got my glasses back in a week. Overall amazing location and even better people!

We went to the location at 1508 Gemini Place in Columbus and were served by Andralyn, and we had no complaints. She's extremely kind and attentive! It was our first time, and she treated us like long-time customers; she even explained discounts and deals to us. Thanks to her, we'll be regular customers. She was a great advisor and had a great ability to make you feel special! We hope to see her again !!

Had a issue with my eye. Dr said she would do a referral to a eye specialist never recieved the referral. Still waiting on a prescription for eye contacts which I paid for. .Recieved a phone call on 1/27/2026 the lady said the Dr. said no to the refilled for eye drop . No suggestions on what to do since dr. said no to the refill . I wasted $500 for a membership and eye glasses . Can not get any help with my eyes . On top of that eye glass I purchased hurts my eyes really bad . I have already told American Best several times about the problem Nothing was done. I do not wear the cheap eye glasses . Not happy with Polaris in Columbus Ohio at all. Feel like if your not going to refill the eye drops give me referral since you can't help me which is what the Dr said in the beginning.The young lady that call me was rude as well . Glasses are terrible , cant use them . Never recieved my contact prescription. Just a wast of money.

Keisha helped me pick out a new pair of prescription glasses that fit my face/head shape perfectly! I was delighted at the reasonable price of the exam and glasses. Keisha was bubbly and jolly towards all customers, I couldn't help but notice!
