Visit was pleasant. Staff was very nice. Dr. Harris was very knowledgeable and explained things as she saw them with my eyes. I was initially warmly greeted by Sam. After my eye exam I worked with Brian, who was very kind and made recommendations. He made me aware that I could add things within 30 days if desired. I was disappointed that I'd need to wait almost 2 weeks to actually get my glasses in hand.

I always have a great experience at America's best(Easton location)! They have an amazing welcoming team, as well as kind and superstar closers. From start to finish I felt nothing but positivity and good vibes! Thank you Eli for the awesome music and conversation! Thank you Mr.Maginnis for your patients! And thank you to the receptionist team for making my trip so much more smooth and memorable! I really appreciate you all!

Two stars because the Optometrist was good. The receptionist I spoke with to set appointment I thought she had entered that I wanted 3 Full Eye Exams. Same woman was there when I came to the appointment. We went over the same conversation we had on the phone. First the Optometric Technician Level ll did the Eye puff test, seems she also is responsible for sales and was to inquire if we wanted the Full Eye Exam . She did not. So after seeing the Optometrist I went to pay the bill and was told I only received the regular exam. Then told me the Optometric tech was to ask. What makes this review So Bad is that she LIED. Said she did ask. Now the exam was for a Diabetic Eye Exam and that required the Full Exam. So we went back for the other two test. I spoke with the Optometrist he seemed like he was in charge of the office and explained everything to him. He didn't seem surprised by the ineptness of the workers. I've been to other locations and NEVER had any issues with miscommunication. Please continue to patronize Americas Best, but choose another location.

Love coming here to get my glasses and contacts, but the customer service is a little too good. Each customer is given amazing customer service which is great, but everytime I come here the line isn't long but the wait time is. It seems like every sales associate is in an off topic conversation and this holds everyone up. I'd give 5 stars, if only each representative wasn't talking about their dog, life goals, and politics while I'm trying to get my contacts.

Great experience at the Easton location, from the friendliness at the front desk, to the exam room and the physician with his kindness! Angelique was so awesome to me, she helped find the perfect frames to fit me and she was very patient. Thank you to everyone who helped me today.

This is the first time in years I have felt comfortable enough to commit to coming back. The staff I interacted with were all very helpful and kind. Everyone spoke with compassion. Thank you all for caring about people first. See you next time!

My initial visit was actually quite pleasant. Everything was fine... until it was time to pick up my glasses. After paying almost $500 for two pairs, I was given my glasses in a case that honestly looked like it came from a lost-and-found box. Nothing presentable, zero quality. When I asked for a complimentary cleaning cloth (something basic that any decent optical store provides without hesitation), I was told that the cloths won't arrive until the end of November... and that I should go to Dollar Tree and buy one in the meantime. Oh, perfect. So I buy the glasses here, but I have to go somewhere else to buy the most basic accessory. Very convenient. This is not about the price of the cloth. It's about the detail, the service, and not making the customer feel like they're asking for something unreasonable. But apparently, courtesy here is considered a luxury. Very disappointing. I will not be returning, and yes, I will be recommending this place... but only so others know exactly where NOT to go.
