I had a very excellent experience at the Whitehall store in Columbus Ohio, your Staff people that worked with me were Jennie and Ronnie they were very nice, professional and helped with such patience in every thing I did not understand! Such beautiful business personalities! I will recommend them to everyone! And also everyone else that worked there were the same! But these two ladies I worked with one on one was so completely satisfied I purchased an extra pair and will be taking a couple more older frames there to have my new prescription put into those, loved there great service and left feeling elated that your staff people really made my day!
