America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful. Dr. Su-Pei was helpful in explaining how my vision is changing naturally with age. Jossie was extremely kind and helpful when picking out frames that suit my face shape. All around great experience.

Deb was incredibly helpful during my America's Best contact lens class, making the whole process easy to understand. She guided me through every step with patience and clarity, which made me feel confident right away. Her supportive attitude and positive energy made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Whenever I had a question, she answered it without hesitation and made sure I felt comfortable. Thanks to Deb, my visit was smooth, stress-free, and overall a great experience.

Deb was fabulous, she made me feel comfortable throughout the process and had great conversation. While I was there she treated every patient with great respect. The other personnel was very nice as well and answered all my questions.

I received the best Customer Service ever from Jennifer Contreras, L.D.O. at America's Best, WestPointe Plaza, Columbus, OH. She went out of her way to get me in immediately for a 2nd opinion exam & a new pair of glasses after my bad cataract surgery experience & the RX that I brought to them. Thank you for a great experience even still when I go in for adjustments!!!

Deb was very rude upon when I came in to order my months worth of contacts. She told me " well that's your problem" once I let her know my situation of I don't have my glasses and can barely see. I asked for a trial pair and she said in other words you should have planned better. I will not be going back to this location.

EDIT TO ADD: the reason they'd closed 10 minutes early was so that two employees could shoot the breeze. They sat across from each other so it would look like one of them was a customer but it was just two employees talking. They let us stand outside in the cold and refused to look us in the eye. My partner left in tears. Despicable behavior. We'd previously had good experiences at this location, but when we booked it across town to try to make it to the store before it closed to pick up glasses we'd paid for (I only get out of work half an hour before closing) they already had the door locked 10 minutes early, and the person CLEARLY RIGHT INSIDE refused to acknowledge my partner or answer our phone calls. All we were trying to do was pick up glasses we had already purchased. If she had just communicated with us, even if it was to tell us no, we would have understood, but we were flagrantly ignored.

Debbie was such a lovely lady! She was invaluable and very patient. I came in very undecided about what I wanted, and she gave me many options to choose from. At the end, she made sure I left satisfied.

from the moment I walked into the door the atmosphere was nothing but pleasant and friendly. The whole team was very informative. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Never Best like this one before dad checked me out and make sure that everything I needed and all questions that I ask was answered thoroughly. Thank you so much Deb And the crew.
