I used to absolutely hate going to the eye doctor but this place has totally changed my perspective! Ann was a ball of sunshine as soon as I walked in the door, Carolyn was above and beyond as a tech, Dr K is an incredible doctor and genuinely nice man, and Aleic was extremely pleasant at the end. I can't recommend this place enough for eye care, the staff is awesome and the prices are actually affordable. No gimmick, no hidden charges, I paid $129 for 3 years of contact lens appointments. They make it a quick and painless experience!

This was the third place we stopped in to price shop for a pair of progressive lenses for my dad, as he doesn't have vision insurance now that he's on Medicare. The whole staff was friendly, but Aleick was a joy to work with. For less than the price of one pair of lenses -- not even including the frames -- at the last two places (including Walmart's vision center), we were able to get my dad two pairs of progressive lenses with frames that he liked with an anti-glare coating. A great deal at a great price with wonderful employees! Thanks Aleick!

My 3rd year at this location and about 15 years as a customer. Very economical and the workers are very helpful. Today Carolyn the Tech was very helpful and patient. Dr Khaled K made sure we understood all our options and everyone helped us with documentation needed for MD Thanks again from James and Jerry

Carolyn made such a difference. She is such a sweet human, she's comforting and patient. Doc is a ray of sunshine. Honestly, I enjoy my annual visits with all of their staff. Everyone in this establishment is so welcoming and kind! Thank you all for everything.

As soon as I walked in Carolyn and Ann were super kind and welcoming. Dr.K is not only good at what he does, but he's a comedian as well lol. Made me feel at ease, especially with this being the first time needing glasses. Then, finishing off the visit with Alexie, who was kind, and helpful with letting me know the glasses that I chose really accented my face. Everyone gets 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible experience. I needed to get glasses so I went in and was greeted by the most awful old ladies. One of them was toothless. I didnt have an appointment which they scoffed at and so I asked to schedule an appointment. The lady asked if I had insurance to which I showed her my card. She looked at my card and said in a condescending tone,"I have never heard of this insurance. Did you get this off of marketplace?" I have no idea why that would be relevant at all. She was absolutely unprofessional and horrible. I went to Warby Parker instead and they were sooo much nicer. Avoid this place!!!!

This is my second time at the Bethel location and i definitely plan on coming to this location from now on. The entire staff is extraordinary! I can't remember the receptionist's name but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and we had some conversation while she got me checked in. Really a very lovely lady! I was then helped by Carolyn with the retinal imaging and she was very patient and made it a very easy process. And then I was helped by Dr. K and he is always nice and always has a smile and he even remembered helping me from the prior year. He also always explains what he's seeing from my exam which is always nice to be in the know. I was then assisted by another lady I can't remember her name but it started with an R and she helped me make final decisions for my lens and she was super nice and helpful when explaining some of the different things for lens. I truly had a wonderful experience at this location and will be returning for future exams
