I haven't gotten my glasses yet. But the experience as a first time patient, was fast and easy to maneuver. I have worn glasses for 23 years and have been without them for 4 or so and was struggling to feel comfortable when giving feedback on reading the letters when finding my prescription. Dr Laurie reassured me it's normal after being without for so long and need be we might need another prescription after a month of the new one.
All in all I am very excited to come back to get fitted and get my glasses!
VSP insurance took me from $475 to $56 after copay lenses and frames!

Eye doctor is every nice and informative. Her staff is nice. The new receptionist on the exit desk was not so pleasant. My experience with her, she was disrespected, rude and unprofessional. I'm a patient of many years, and this is the first time dealing with an unpleasant person. The previous lady was very nice, helpful and very professional. I hope this new lady is taught to serve the patients better with respect. Thank you.
