Clarkson Eyecare

This eye care clinic is AMAZING. I really had a fantastic experience here. It was my first time coming here for an eye exam, and the entire process was really easy. All the staff were friendly and the eye doc, Dr Rosenthal, was super informative and patient about all the questions I had (and I had a LOT of questions!). Aaron, the office manager, was the one who'd started the process with my vitals and the initial eye stuff, and he was really gentle and patient, great sense of humour. The front desk ladies were super chill and easy-going, and the woman that helped me with the ordering process (I can't remember her name), we were able to order my glasses with the frames I brought in with me from home. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for somewhere to have an exam done, trust me, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU SHOULD GO! They have a beautiful selection, their office is nice and clean, and everyone there seems like they really get along well. They treat everyone like an old friend they're excited to see when you walk in the door, and when they hear you're new, they are incredibly warm in their welcome, making you feel as comfortable as possible. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

Dr Rosenthal is very polite and thorough. He makes the exam very comfortable and is professional. His staff is friendly and helpful. It is a great experience visiting this office

I don't think I've ever posted a review before but... They saw me struggling to get inside with my 2 small kids. I parked in front of their huge windows directly in front of the front desk so I know they could see me. When I got inside to the front desk the girl told me we can't see you today, you are 60 seconds (yes, only 60 seconds lol) over your grace period. But they SAW me through the huge windows trying to get inside for several minutes . Very poor costumer service. If you're a mom with young kids and you know the struggle of trying to get everyone to appointments then I would avoid this location

I had the nicest experience at Clarkson eye vision the staff was nice and it felt so pleasant in the office and the eye doctor was so sweet. He explained everything to me where I can understand.

The front desk staff where the best people I have ever been, working together for the care of the people who are going there to get professional care. 10 thumbs up. Congratulations. Great performance

The doctor and staff seem very knowledgeable and capable. I had a great overall experience, and loved the banter amongst the staff. They seem like they have fun and enjoy their jobs, which makes for a great atmosphere as a patient.
