I needed to see an eye doctor for an emergency. I was able to go online and schedule an appointment for the next day at 8 am. The staff were very friendly to me. And doctor Cellars was great. Got my exam and he explained the issue he saw and gave me different options moving forward.

Fine as long as you don't need to contact them. I thought the exam was good and staff friendly. They told me to contact the to finalize my prescription. I have been trying for 5 days now and voice mail is always full. I will have to go in on my next day off just to tell them to finalize my script.

The staff was very friendly, and the doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I've been going to eye doctors for a long time, but I've never had one who explained things as clearly and thoroughly as my kids' doctor did. I look forward to many more visits!

Everyone there was amazing. The dr wouldnt even let me get glasses cause he said i had cataracts and didn't want me to spend the money for glasses until after the surgery. Most places would have said yes go ahead and buy some . I felt very relaxed there. Thank you to the doc and staff

This is a horribly ran company, my husband is suffering from Corcona And they filled us with hope saying they are going to make sure they bill our insurance company to help pay for the cost of his hybrid contacts he needed desperately and they said they would keep us updated. Weeks go by and I'm calling in to check for updates but they would ignore my calls and when they would pick up they would make an excuse as to why the manager Katie Bowen couldn't come to the phone for various reasons and then another week flys by and I call in ask for the manager one of the workers come on the phone saying she can't come to the phone right now AGAIN and that our insurance WONT cover the contacts and denied the claim but she failed to even let us know like she said she would after I emailed her and everything she just ignored us we could have been found somewhere else my husband can't work because he can't see because where waiting for you guys to get a scheduled fitting done only to be told that. Bad service.
