Let me be the first to say that Dr. Christopher and all his staff were professional, helpful, and very informative. I came in, half awake and feeling drained from working the late shift the night before, and I think the assistant optometrist could sense this, so she was extra kind and patient with me! Every one of the staff members took their time with me and it never felt like I was rushed, and when I was picking out glasses, the doctor knew what was good! He picked out recommended pairs that I was already looking at before I even told him!!! You will not regret going to this location!! DUE TO SHORT STAFFING; their new hours will be 8:30am-5:30pm THURSDAY ONLY until they can onboard another optometrist. Still highly recommend!

This is most disorganized and unprofessional office I've ever encountered. My initial exam was great! Staff were nice, Dr. Gardner had great patient demeanor. I had a contact exam, and since I have astigmatism they didn't have my trials in stock. Not a big deal, I'll have to come back in a week or so, I was told. It has been a nightmare ever since! They are only open three days a week, which is frustrating on its own. They DO NOT communicate. I have called their office at least five times and never had them pick up the phone. But what is the worst is that in a month they have never once replied to a voice mail! They cancelled two visits where I was supposed to get my contacts. The first because their systems were down. The second because of snow, which wasn't their fault. But what added insult to injury was after that second cancellation, I requested my prescription through the patient portal. After a month I have no faith I'll ever get my contacts through them. But they REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY CONTACT PRESCRIPTION!!!! Absolute nightmare of a patient experience.

My experience was not great - the receptionist was rude upon my arrival. The tech did my initial consultation was chewing gum very loudly - most annoying. The eye Dr was the only good thing - he was very good and I felt he did a great job. When I went back to get my new glasses - they were completely wrong as they did not measure my eyes properly . I was told I would "get used to them" - after a few days of not being able to see properly I went back - they agreed to change the lenses and the frames as the frames were extremely uncomfortable. I chose a much less expensive pair. The person failed to let me know that I would not receive a refund on the difference - so I now have a pair of glasses that I paid almost $100 too much for. I will not be returning.

I ended up having to bring my newborn and toddler to an appointment for myself and my older son. Everyone was so patient and Friendly. I especially appreciated the level of patience that the Dr had with my 2 year old. It was warming and felt like this is the location I need to be at for all future appointments. This location sees younger children so I was happy to see so much patience and care. It made sense. Look no further than the New Albany location. (I have been to other locations and have always had a great experience, just wanted to point out the level of care now that I have smaller children again).

Dr. Keller was so great and helpful. She was sure to answer all my questions. The woman who helped me with my billing and choosing new frames was so patient and gave great advice on what looked good. She was easy to trust as she was stylish herself! What an excellent staff!

UNACCEPTABLE!!! I had a 9:10 am appointment with Dr. Paskiet at the N. Hamilton Rd./New Albany office that was scheduled last year. I arrived at 9:05 to find that they didn't even open until 9:30. I waited until 9:30 and when I told them why I was there I was informed the that doctor was no longer there and that they didn't even have a doctor in the office that day. They looked me up and evidently the "corporate office" cancelled my appointment and didn't bother to let me know. I never had a problem with Dr. Craig Miller at their Gahanna location (before he sold it). This is the second problem I've had with the N. Hamilton Rd. location. I won't be going back there! If I could give a lower rating I would.

Dr. Keller and her staff are absolutely wonderful. My eyes weren't cooperating with the prescription on my new glasses. It was like Goldilocks, sometimes too much and sometimes too little. Dr. Keller wouldn't give up, until she found the solution with what to me was outside the box thinking. Adjustments made and perfect. Her staff were equally determined. They would not give up until my glasses fit perfectly. In a world where everyone is quick to point out all that's wrong, I wanted to share with you something ever so right.
