horrible experience trying to get a prescription for my daughter that had an eye infection. It took the doctor over six hours and several phone calls from me to even call the prescription in and my daughter was in pain an entire day that she didn't need to be. Will never return

The office from the moment you walk in is very bright and welcoming. Jessica from the front office staff was wonderful, she was incredibly knowledgable and was open to answering any questions I had. Dr. Gardner was great. He was very precise and clear with his explanations of the things he was doing. Unlike a lot of eye doctors I didn't feel like I was being sold a product, it felt as though they cared about me as a patient and a human being.

8/31/25:
I have received another bill for a service from over a year ago that I have already paid in full for and contacted the billing department multiple times about. This is absolutely ridiculous, DO NOT GO HERE the billing is an absolute nightmare.
5/13/25: The actual service was good, but I have been consistently harassed by the billing department for the last year. They outsource their billing and the service is horrible. I've paid for the service but am receiving multiple bills for the same amount I already paid. I have called numerous times and they can't explain to me why I supposedly still owe money but a few weeks later I receive another bill. Please stop sending me letters for a bill I paid 7 months ago! Do not go here, it's not worth having to deal with a 3rd party billing department.
