Staff was helpful and exam went fine until it was actually time for me to order contacts. They said my contacts could take up to 3 weeks to arrive. I called to follow up week four, and they said my contacts should be in that week, but I could check in on my order whenever. I called again week 5 when I still had not heard about my contacts and they said my order was never placed because they don't just automatically do that. However, every other time I spoke to someone they confirmed my order was on the way... If you do go here, I recommend simply asking for your prescription and going elsewhere for purchases.

This was a very odd experience. I went through the whole eye exam to find out that they really only sell 1 a day contacts and will not give your prescription until you go through a trial of 1 a day contacts- which they charge you for. I have been wearing contacts for 11 years. I didn't really think I had to ask, because most eye doctors typically sell different types of contacts. They should have been up front about how they run there business before I wasted by appointment benefits. They also ran my insurance for my contacts benefits and had it on hold before I even decided purchase contacts. This is not a normal practice. I had to call to both my insurance and them to finally go somewhere else and get the prescription I have always had. Overall an expensive lesson. Also go look at there yelp reviews, not so great.

I love this place! They are so thorough and always very friendly. It is a very small office, but they do a great job! I've been going to them for several years and they are always on top of things. Dr. Keaney is so knowledgeable and very thorough. He is concerned about your overall health also and takes the time to discuss any concerns you have. I highly recommend this place!!!

I've been going to Eye Columbus in German Village for a little over a year now. I went to the same eye doctor since I was a child, so the change was a big step for me. The staff at Eye Columbus are so friendly and they really make you feel at home. Everyone is always smiling and enjoyable to be around. The optometrist is amazing too! I have pretty terrible vision, but he makes sure to take all of my feedback and helped me find the best contacts for my eyes with two types to test out. He is attentive and doesn't make you feel like "just another customer." Pricing is reasonable too!

Love this location! They are very attentive to your needs and the staff and doctor are very personable. They helped me pick out glasses that I would've never picked, but look great on me. I would definitely go back!
