Great experience- had an urgent visit- the staff and doctor was fantastic. Very little wait time and they made sure we had a clear understanding of what needed to happen and the risks associated.
They were able to do everything that day, and made allowances to ensure we had what we needed!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr.Kancherla. I've seen her twice, and both visits felt extremely rushed. She didn't seem interested in really figuring out what was going on with my eye. At one appointment, she just looked at it and said, "That's interesting," and then casually mentioned that it could possibly be cancer. I was shocked. Making a comment like that without doing any tests or giving any clear information was really irresponsible and caused me a lot of anxiety. I left both appointments feeling unheard and uneasy. I would not recommend her if you're looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen, explain things, and show real concern for their patients.

I would give a higher rating but I have been here twice so far and each time they have a student doing my vision/eye exam test, I am all about student learning but boy it was exhausting to have a student do my eye exam, he might as well climbed inside my eyeball or lived there.
I wish i would be given a choice on whether i would want a student. I feel that an eye exam where an actual prescription is written should be performed by a more experienced professional or at least have someone in there to assist the student. The student didn't seem very sure on the prescription he gave me, so obviously I wasn't sure either. The area where you pick up your glasses I wish there was someone who would sit down with you and really take the time to make sure that your glasses fit you well. I mean I am probably going to have to go back in again because my ear is getting sore one one side

Dr. Sun is an amazing doctor. She had a wonderful smiling caring personality that made you feel very comfortable. She took her time to explain to me step by step on what was going on with my eyes as well as a step by step process on what will take place to have me seeing much better when the process is done. Her staff was amazing as well. I have no complaints at all.

Sure the Staff is great
However there is a doctor there named "Janie "
And she is very much rude and inconsiderate while in bathroom she aggressively approached me questioning my reason of existing in her space
Which can mostly be attributed to my minority status as there is no reason to speak to anyone this way . Of course I'm sure she could say that it's not about that however other people of color knows what it like and how it feels when someone thinks and treats you less than based off the color of your skin
Of course anyone is ok with seeking service anywhere they please but for her to be in the business of helping people see not sure why she is blind to her Racist behavior
