Beginning at the reception desk, our visit was a breeze! Great receptionist and check-in!
Both my husband and I had exams by Dr. Elaina Burnelis at the Polaris location. What a GREAT experience. She is friendly, informative, and thorough in her exams. She aims to make sure you are happy with the results of your exam.
We were amazed at the high-tech equipment and the ease of the examinations. They are on our to-be-referred list for sure.
We also were surprised at the high volume of frame choices at Visionworks and picked out our frames (2 each) almost immediately. The opticians were great taking care of us and checking us out. Aaron was one of them, and I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the young lady who helped us also.

This is the absolute best vision care in the Columbus area. The staff are all super kind, patient, attentive, and thurough.
Dr. Burnelis is so kind. Her beauty is a bit intimidating, but she explained more to me about my eyes in 30 minutes than any other eye doc has in 40 years combined.

The Crawford Care Vision on Olentangy Rd was probably one of the best vision care places I've visited. They were prompt and FINALLY, a place who offered ON-TIME service for my time scheduled. Elaina was very informative when I asked if I could be a candidate for Lasik. Rather than say yes, she offered enough details to allow me to think through my decision.
Then I was helped by Charmaine. She offered excellent customer service when she assisted me on finding glasses. I asked her what my style of frames, what I was looking for, and she was on point. I could tell by her conversation and service that she was great work ethics. I would definitely be coming back to this location. Overall, the staff that were also there, were great. I highly recommend this location on Olentangy.

First time at Crawford. The eye exam was very informative. Staff for the exam and the staff that help you pick out your glasses were all great, friendly, and super helpful. They had equipment I've never seen at other place. Very cool stuff in my opinion. The doctor was friendly and she explained everything clearly. She even pulled up some Google images to show me examples when I had certain questions. I ordered new glasses and prescription sunglasses. They both came quick. They fit great, and their selection was awesome. Highly recommend.

Overall my experience here was great. The only reason I've not given five stars is because of the frequency of communication about appointments and getting pre-appointment paperwork completed, as well the changing of appointment times without my knowledge or consent. I spoke directly with Dr. Crawford about this and that was resolved, however, the intensity of text messages and emails was a little on the high side, especially for someone who is in a very busy medical profession myself. Myself. With that all being said, the staff here was fantastic, the eye doctor was amazing, and the selection of eyewear is fantastic. To anyone looking for an optometrist, I would strongly recommend this practice.
