First I have no complaints regarding Dr. Curtis. She is very knowledgeable, kind & compassionate. I have a problem with the lady that checked me out. I asked for 2 prescriptions. One for regular glasses and one for progressive. Instead of just saying ok she had a attitude and was like wherever you get glasses they just take something off the prescription. It's not hard to print off the prescription for the progressive lenses. She finally printed it off. . Second, I wear contacts and use both saline & hydrogen peroxide solutions. So, I asked for a sample bottle of both and was told I can only have 1 bottle. It's not going to hurt them to give me one of each. They can afford top of the line everything they sure can afford to give more than one sample.

Just started going to this I doctor for my father. It's been a great experience so far. I want to thank Kelly and Alexa in the Eye Glass department. We came to pick up classes today but did not know we had to have an appointment. They were super accommodating so I can get my father in. He loves his new glasses

Very competent and caring. Listens and explains well. Nice person, too.
