Divine Family Eyecare left me without frames or contacts due to their lack of transparency. They knew they were no longer going to accept my insurance but still scheduled my appointment and assured me I would be covered for frames. Turns out, I wasn't. Very disappointing. Please learn from my experience and consider going elsewhere for your eye care needs.

I had a great appointment as a new patient! The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly, and the appointment moved along nicely. The optometrist, Dr. Mubarak, was wonderful, super personable, a great listener, did additional measurements to make sure my prescription was perfect, and made me feel really comfortable. The optician was also great, communicated clearly about glasses selections and pricing, and they have a great selection of frames. I am already loving the trial contacts in my new prescription and can't wait to get my new glasses. Thank you, Divine Eye Care, for a great experience!

I've been a patient of divine family Eyecare for a couple years now and usually i have a good experience (with a minor wait time) ! However, my most recent visit was last week and i waited nearly an hour PAST my appointment time just to be seen. I was very displeased with this as i had other things to do that day. I have an infant at home and my time is valuable so I would've appreciated at least a heads up that they were running behind or something. I hope that timeliness is something that can be addressed in the future. Thank you

Had my appointment today , and my experience was PHENOMENAL! My provider made me realize she truly cared about me as a patient and my goals . I haven't been here in over a year and she remembered me and my situation better than I did ! She just had the brightest smile and caring energy. I used to come here as a child we lived on low income , mother was single parent , and she always trusted this office . They've always been in network for our insurance working with our community not against it so as an adult i remeber that , respected it, and I still go here currently and they are AMAZING! Always a diverse group of professionals working together when you come in , I never felt discriminated against or unwelcomed, they are always welcoming , always thorough, fast paced and the doctors is SUPER friendly ! I never leave with questions and always know what my options are moving forward GOOD JOB YOU GUYS! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND ILL SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

Amazing staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. First time having glasses (reading) they are amazing and I didn't realize how much of a difference it would make. Thank you so much!!

My visit was great! Meeting Dr. Jones and her staff was a pleasure. So much melanin!! I found some cute glasses. I cannot wait until they come in. I will say that when scheduling, Serena was unable to determine that my insurance was accepted (it was) so I schedule an appointment willing to pay out of pocket anyway because I really wanted to be a part of the Divine Eyecare Family. Everything worked out in the end and I am now a member of the family.

I called to reschedule my appointment because the time no longer fit ( before their 24/h grace period) the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I informed her I would like to reschedule my appointment, which in return she said "I cancelled your appointment is there anything else"? Completely disregarding the fact I told her I would like to reschedule. If that's how your staff acts I definitely don't want to be a patient.

Every person I interacted here at this clinic was beyond friendly. They made me feel so welcomed at every step of the appointment from walking into the clinic, at the actual eye exam, and to picking out glasses. The doctor clearly explained to me certain things that the test showed and was really cool. This clinic has been with me since i was a kid and I came back as an adult and they have stayed awesome.
