Both Dr. Thomas Dingle and Dr. Richard Wilkerson are wonderful doctors, they take the time to thoroughly give you understanding and reassurance to your situation...some people have real problems that requires a little more time than others, so when you come on your appointment, come with the understanding that it's a doctors office and you may have to wait a bit. Be grateful that they give you their time and patience. They're not quick to operate on you, they make sure you understand your options and their best professional opinion. Dr. DINGLE is Friendly, laid-back and gives clear explanations of all treatment and procedures. Staff members, from the minute you walk in the door until you speak with the Dr. do a great job! We have been to this location 3 times and every time even though we were on time had to wait no less than an hour to be called back to see technician and then had to wait more time to see Dr. Dingle. Please stop scheduling so many people and making them wait! When we finally did see Dr. Dingle he always appears to be in a hurry and even though he has some great reviews here, we did not see the kind, compassionate guy who explains everything.

He is my mother's doctor. Every Appointment takes 2 plus hours before even seeing the doctor. What is the point in making an appointment if you're going to wait this long. No consideration for people's time. You should not have to allot 3 hours for an eye appointment. There shouldn't be that many appointments made if you cannot accommodate them appropriately! Ridiculous

Dr. Thomas Dingle and Dr. Richard Wilkerson are two of the most compassionate patient Dr's I've ever dealt with. If I had to sit in their office for hours just to be able to have them deliver their care it would be well worth it. Thank you to the the two best most humble doctors I've ever dealt with. Terrible billing experience. Check your bill-I overpaid and have been strung along for 3 months and counting to try and get my overpayment returned. They keep telling me next week, or in two weeks. Now the doctor who signs the checks and the billing person on both on vacation-hmmmmm-so too bad for me , I have to wait another week for them to print the check, sign the check and then get it to me. My insurance company had to be involved, but cannot help. So frustrating to know that I paid my share and because everyone is on vacation I cannot get the refund that Dr Dingles staff promised. I have an unfavorable opinion of Dr Dingle as a business owner.

My journey started one year ago when I suddenly had an eye issue. My first contact was the office at 5:15 on a Thursday and from the first call to seeing Dr Dingle and staff I've had wonderful care. I've been directed to Midwest retina for surgeries and returned to Dr Dingle for cataract/lens replacement. He has given me eye site along with his colleagues. You will never know how appreciative I am for the care you have shown me.

The best experience from the front desk to the Doctors Chair. Everyone shows that they care. Dr. Dingle really took the time to figure out what was wrong and patiently tried different approaches to help me. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what he thought would be best to try. His father, now retired was fantastic also. The staff is great. I highly recommend them to everyone.
