Erdey Searcy Eye Group

I have been a patient at Erdey Searcy Eye Group for many years and have had cataract surgery in addition to laser surgeries. I am totally happy with the services they have provided along with how they treat their patients. Everyone is always friendly and caring. Thank you.

I've been a patient here for years, and this is the first time I've experienced such a major inconvenience. I scheduled an eye exam and waited nearly a month for the appointment, only to receive a call 24 hours beforehand informing me that my appointment needed to be moved due to scheduling conflicts. I was told I could either come in earlier or later that same day, or keep the same time but wait until the following week. The two alternative times offered were 9:00 AM or 3:00 PM, which was not realistic for me since I work. The situation was very inconvenient, and the receptionist handling the call was unpleasant and unprofessional. The lack of flexibility and inconsistent communication made the experience frustrating. Additionally, the waiting room is consistently overcrowded, and patients often appear bored and irritated from long waits. The clinic itself could also benefit from remodeling to improve the overall patient experience. I hope management addresses the scheduling inefficiencies and provides additional customer service training, as this experience was disappointing compared to the level of care I've come to expect.

I would not recommend Dr. Erdey to work on anybody's eye i needed my cataract surgery. He ended up putting the lens on the gland on my eye, and he kept messing with it and messing with it because he couldn't get it out. I ended up going to Havener Eye Institute and they ended up getting it out. Over the years since that was done, I ended up having to have a complete corneal transplant This was when the new lenses first came out and he said they restore my site to 2020 boy was that ever a lie

I'm a regular patient of Dr. Kaswinkel and a staff I've been going to see him probably over 10 about 10 years and I'd never ever would try to go to someone else. And I do recommend seeing that whole group for eye care.!!!!!

My first appointment with Dr Erdey I got answers to two vision problems Id seen another dr for several times with no answers. I'm looking forward to my new glasses and correcting the blurry vision and double vision issues Ive had for several years. The examination was very thorough, including being seen by an assistant and three drs. Thank you, Dr. Erdey and staff! I will recommend you to others I know with visual concerns.

Had been going for years... Had a appointment for cataract surgery show up at appointment time and told they no longer accept my insurance, They just called me a week before for pre surgery interview and said nothing about the insurance then, only when I showed up for my appointment they canceled it on the spot why I'm standing their for my appointment.. Terrible...

Dr. Searcy is amazing! I have been seeing him once a year for a while. He is so nice and he makes you feel important. I would recommend him to family and friends. You won't be disappointed. Tell him I sent you

My mom was a previous patient. Overall pleasant experience..Very quick service but not rushed. Dr Searcy is very genuine in the care he provides. The medical staff was very patient and very helpful with explaining details of the exam. Including my front desk experience in this review would lower my rating so I choose to charge it to it being a one off.
