I didn't have too long of a wait before being called back for prep. All the nurses that I came in contact with before, during and after surgery were very attentive. Was comfortable ... made more so with Dr. Winkles " relaxing" juice. And pleasantly surprised with a Speedy Recovery card signed by everyone. Nice Touch

I had eye surgery here on 1/9.
Everyone here was welcoming and made me feel safe. All of my nurses were really sweet, and I even spoke to the anesthesiologist and surgeon beforehand and answered any questions I had.
If I ever need anymore procedures this is where I will be heading.

Dr Pappa, Dr Winkle, and the nursing staff took great care of me during my procedure. My eyesight is great! Five stars for them.

I'm here to provide transportation for my grandpa post-op and there was no indication that there would be such an egregious wait. We arrived for a 2:00pm appointment at 1:35, proceeded to wait until 2:38pm until he went back (which my understanding is a short wait time; the couple next to us waited two hours), and he didn't enter the OR until about 4:15pm. It sounds like the physicians are experienced and knowledgeable, and of course we appreciate that, but the bedside manner has been poor and the practice of double booking appointments is gross.

Rt eye cataract surgery performed 2weeks ago. Dr. Mousier and superb staff. Typical wait for a large waiting room. Drivers should bring snacks and drinks but not bad. Going back next week for left eye surgery. Actually looking forward to it. Finally after a few years I am getting my vision back. Well worth the wait. Thanks to everyone.

Dr. Jack Dingle performed cataract surgery on both my eyes and my vision is now amazing! The waits were a bit long, but well worth the vision I have now. The nurses were extremely polite and helpful, both in the office and those preparing folks for surgery. The surgery itself was painless and my recovery was fast. I cannot imagine having a better experience!
UPDATE: Four years after the surgery my vision remains great! No change at all, just like a week after the procedure. I'm grateful every day that I had this done!

Wait times are unreasonable and unprofessional. 10:30am eye that was to be no more than 2 hrs is now 3 hours and still not finished! How can anyone be expected to clear an entire day plus you pay to park hourly and the doctors only cover the first $2.00. My elderly Mother comes here and depends on others for transportation. I would highly discourage.coming here if possible!
